Spring Chair Yoga Series
This chair yoga series offers a gentle and accessible way to build mobility, strength, and confidence over time. Designed with seniors in mind, each class uses a chair for support and focuses on simple, guided movements that feel safe and comfortable. Over the course of the series, we gradually develop flexibility, balance, and body awareness through light strengthening, stretching, and breathwork. It is a supportive, low-impact practice where all movements can be adapted to your pace, with no prior experience required.

Friday Spring Yoga Flow
This yoga flow series offers a steady, breath-led practice designed to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness over time. Each class moves through a continuous sequence of postures, with a pace that allows you to settle into the movement while maintaining a gentle rhythm. Over the course of the series, you will develop greater stability, mobility, and confidence in your practice. Suitable for a range of experience levels, with options provided to modify or progress as needed.
