Equine-Assisted Therapy
Equine-assisted therapy offers a unique, experiential approach to psychotherapy that supports emotional awareness, regulation, and personal growth. Through guided interactions with horses, clients explore patterns of behaviour, communication, and trust in a grounded, non-judgmental environment.

Horses are highly intuitive and provide immediate, honest feedback, helping deepen self-awareness and insight. This approach can be especially supportive for those navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions and those who have not had succes with traditional talk therapy.

No prior experience with horses is required. Sessions are designed to be safe, supportive, and paced to your comfort.
