Meet Melissa

Melissa is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Licensed Counselling Therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical tools for meaningful change.

Her approach combines evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy with mindfulness and body-based practices that support emotional balance and resilience.

My vision is to provide a safe space to facilitate your healing journey, promote proactive engagement in personal growth, and foster a sense of agency, authenticity, and fulfillment.
